Woongjin Chemical installed 8" BWRO (RE8040-BR) membranes at the Fajr Petrochemical Company (NPC) in Bandar Imam Khomeini, Iran as part of an RO replacement order.

There were a total of 9,331 elements including standby membranes which were delivered between March 2006 and March 2007.

The feed water source comes from a river and the treated (permeate) water is used for industrial processes as well as for potable use. The plant capacity is 94 MLD resulting from 304 elements.
